Syria - Damascus Experience
Started as a Trainer and Technical Support at Al-Wafer Training Center in June 2007, where I provided training and support for CCNA, MCSE, A+, and MCDST.
In June 2008, became a Project Engineer at Syrian Data Systems - SDS, offering 2nd level support for Microsoft infrastructure products and performing AD migrations.
By August 2012, worked as System Engineer at Advanced Technology Solutions - ATS, providing technical support and consulting for Mitel VOIP systems and 2nd level Microsoft support.
In April 2013, I took on the role of IT Administrator at Syria International Insurance - Arope Syria, which I was responsible for managing and administering windows systems including firewall and Mitel VOIP systems.
From April 2013 to October 2013, I worked as Infrastructure Management Senior Officer at Bank Al-Sharq, where I managed and troubleshooted network infrastructure, AD, Exchange, and VMware infrastructure.
